One address, and it is the right one for all of it — a fault, a question, or a request about your data. There is no forum, no ticket number and no account to sign in to.

What to put in the message

Four things make a report answerable rather than a conversation:

Your device — the make and the model.
Its system version — the Android or iOS version.
The version of dOid — where to find it is below.
What happened, and what you expected instead.

A photograph or a screen recording of the moment is worth more than any description of it.

Where the version is shown

Open the menu — the screen the game starts on. The line along the bottom of it begins with v and the version number. Copy that line as it stands.

Seeing or deleting your data

Requests to see or delete what is held about you go to the same address. What the app records, and what becomes of it, is set out in the privacy policy.
